NCBI's work in Leicester continues to grow and flourish. We go from strength to strength. The organisation is taking a new direction under the leadership of Kalav Mistry.
NCBI's ethos is ‘One For All And All For One' continues. The work on racism is going to be central in Leicester. At the same time, we will not compromise from challenging other forms of oppression and we are building teams who can take a firm stand on Islamophobia, anti Semitism, homophobia, sexism, disability discrimination and young people's oppression and build bridges across difference.
Skilled trainers, certified by NCBI will deliver our award winning Welcoming Diversity and Prejudice Reduction workshops; NCBI Controversial Issues programme; NCBI Training of Trainers, NCBI Leadership Programme and NCBI anti bullying programmes to communities and organisations across the Midlands.
NCBI deliver a wide range of training programmes to voluntary sector, public sector, corporates and individuals. Our training programmes are unique and yet flexible enough to be bespoke to meet the specific requirements of organisations.
