
NCBI London team consists of 17 volunteers trained and dedicated towards making a difference. The team's background and range of experience is varied. This provides a solid base for working with issues impacting on the London diasporas.
Team NCBI London is led by Royston John, a Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer working with businesses on operational and organisational change management and assisting individuals develop into their leadership roles.
Royston has over 20 years senior management experience working with a variety of organisations - private, public, NGO and voluntary sector.
Royston has worked with chief executives and senior management on a wide range of issues. These include: organisational, cultural and change initiatives; managing change; performance management; action learning; focus groups; organisational structure changes and service planning issues; equality and diversity; board members and regional teams; personal and professional development; mentoring and coaching; recruitment and selection.
Royston has a degree in Management Development and Social Responsibilities; is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Centre for Mentoring; he is a graduate of Common Purpose and is a gold Duke of Edinburgh Award holder. Recent work includes participation in a British Council management development initiative working collaboratively with 19 African countries as a basis for developing the UK.
