NCBI builds its belief on a desire for change. Specifically, our Accredited Leadership Training UK approach leads to the celebration of difference, which offers:
Integration and the elimination of adverse behaviours in our communities.
Reduction of costly partisan practices in our businesses.
In addition, we create environments where everyone feels equal. Notably, in these spaces, people feel confident to speak and play their full part. Ultimately, individuals take this Accredited Leadership Training UK experience forward to effect change at home and in the workplace.
Our Impact: Accredited Leadership Training UK
NCBI Training has a long history of impact. Since 1984, our organisation has focused on breaking down discriminatory barriers. Specifically, we build teams that reflect our intercultural socio-ethnic communities. Moreover, our Accredited Leadership Training UK empowers individuals to embrace diversity by identifying and celebrating difference.
As a result, we help remove the discriminatory barriers we face in our lives. This creates effective, cooperative, and productive businesses. Notably, our work aligns with the best practices for workplace inclusion set out by ACAS. While we are an international charity, we established our United Kingdom branch over 29 years ago.
Today, our team teaches Accredited Leadership Training UK skills throughout the country. Consequently, we enable people to make a real difference to themselves and the wider society.

our approach
How do we do it?
NCBI Training delivers accredited training workshops to suit the specific needs of individuals, groups and organisations across the public and private sectors.
Specifically, we maintain an inclusive approach towards faith and belief, income, wealth and class, learning ability, mental health, radicalised lifestyle, sexuality, gender, race, and age.
In addition, NCBI Training workshops combine the exploration of principles, consequences, values, and behaviours of the individual and society with a dialogue on moral issues. While our sessions are receptive, candid, and vigorously honest where required, our work always seeks to encourage collaboration without violating integrity or self-worth.

Notably, the success of coalition-building skills lies in ‘effective intervention’ strategies. These techniques strengthen an individual’s ability to interrupt biased behaviour without causing a complete breakdown in communication. Consequently, attendees to our courses learn how to build and maintain positive interactions across varying relationship platforms.
Furthermore, our course success relies on the involvement of all attendees, from disarming ice-breakers to caucus discussions and whole-cohort participation. Ultimately, learning and development happen through active contribution and a respectful mindfulness of others and ourselves.
